A Comprehensive Surface Renovation of the Bel Air Residence, Surrey Hills

Surrey Marble and Granite was privileged to undertake a comprehensive renovation project at the esteemed Bel Air Residence in Surrey Hills. Our objective was to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of these spaces, by utilising our bespoke marble, granite, and quartz worktops.

Design Vision

The kitchen renovation focused on building on the sophisticated and contemporary environment showcased within the property. The design aimed to blend modern elegance with functionality, reflecting the client’s lifestyle.

Materials & Installation

Worktops and Kitchen Tops

We selected premium-quality quartz for the kitchen worktops, offering both durability and an exceptional finish. The chosen quartz featured a subtle veining pattern that complemented the sleek cabinetry and modern appliances.

Outdoor Surfaces

For the seating and benches around the firepit, we used robust quartzite, chosen for its durability and weather-resistant properties. The quartzite surfaces provided a sleek, polished look that seamlessly integrated with the outdoor aesthetic.

Quartz worktops | Radianz Toluca Sand

For the kitchen worktops, we selected Radianz Toluca Sand, known for its striking beauty and exceptional durability. This premium quartz features a subtle blend of warm tones and delicate veining, perfectly complementing modern kitchen aesthetics.

For the worktops, we selected Belvedere Quartzite, known for its striking appearance and exceptional durability. This premium quartz features a captivating blend of dark tones and intricate patterns, adding a sophisticated touch to the space while ensuring long-lasting resilience and ease of maintenance.

Dining Tabletop | Porcelain Solid Surface

The dining table top was crafted using a premium porcelain solid surface, chosen for its sleek appearance and outstanding durability. This material offers a refined, elegant look while being resistant to stains, scratches, and heat, making it an ideal choice for both style and functionality.

Garden Surfaces | Fusion Wow Quartzite Slabs

For the garden surfaces, we selected Fusion Wow Quartzite slabs, renowned for their vibrant patterns and robust durability. This exquisite stone adds a touch of natural beauty to the outdoor space while withstanding the elements, ensuring a long-lasting and stunning finish.

Challenges & Solutions

The Integration of New Surfaces

One of the primary challenges was ensuring the seamless integration of the new surfaces with existing kitchen elements. Our expert team meticulously measured and cut the quartz worktops to fit precisely, while the marble flooring was installed with attention to detail to ensure a flawless finish.
