What types of stone do you supply and install?
We work with a wide range of natural and engineered stones, including marble, granite, quartz, Dekton, porcelain and ceramic surfaces.
Do you offer custom/bespoke worktop designs?
Yes! We offer fully bespoke stone fabrication for kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, fireplaces, and commercial installations. Everything is tailored to your exact specifications.
Can I visit your showroom?
Absolutely. Our Surrey-based showroom is open to the public and trade clients. We recommend booking an appointment to get dedicated advice and see a wide range of stone samples.
How long does it take to install a worktop after templating?
Typically, we install worktops within 7-10 working days after templating. We always aim to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Do you offer supply-only, or do you also install?
We offer both supply-only and full installation services, depending on your needs. Our in-house installation team ensures high standards and seamless results. We can also deliver items across the uk with a specialist courier.
Do you work with both residential and commercial clients?
Yes, we serve homeowners, interior designers, architects, developers, and contractors across residential and commercial projects.
Can you help with design advice or material selection?
Of course. Our team offers free consultations to help you choose the right material based on your budget, style, and functional needs.
Is natural stone more durable than engineered stone?
Both have strengths. Granite and quartz are very durable and scratch-resistant, while marble offers timeless beauty but needs more care. We’ll guide you based on your usage and lifestyle.
How should I care for and maintain my stone worktop?
We provide care instructions specific to each material. Most surfaces are easy to maintain with gentle cleaning products and proper sealing (for natural stones).
What areas do you cover?
We operate across Surrey, London, and the South East, and can accommodate projects further afield upon request.
Do you offer warranties on your products and installations?
Yes, all of our branded Quartz products come with a guarantee, which varies in length between brands, in general it’s 10 years.
Our workmanship is also guaranteed, again for varying lengths depending on the type of installation. Our team are happy to discuss this in more detail upon request
What’s the difference between marble, granite, and quartz?
- Marble: Elegant, natural stone with unique veining. Best for bathrooms and low-traffic areas.
- Granite: Highly durable and heat-resistant, ideal for kitchens.
- Quartz: Engineered stone that’s non-porous, stain-resistant, and low-maintenance.
Do you offer templating services?
Yes, we offer professional templating services using laser and digital technology to ensure a perfect fit for your space.
What is templating and why is it important?
Templating involves taking precise measurements of your worktop or installation area. It ensures accurate cutting and a flawless fit for your custom stone pieces.
How do I get a quote?
You can request a quote by visiting our showroom, calling us, or submitting your measurements via our website contact form or email. We provide free, no-obligation quotes.
Can I choose the exact slab for my project?
Yes, we encourage clients to view and select the specific slab they want — especially for materials like marble or granite where patterns vary naturally.
How do I prepare for worktop installation?
Ensure all base units are fixed and level and any undermounted in position, within the unit. Remove old worktops if instructed. Our team will provide clear pre-installation guidelines after templating.
Do you provide cut-outs for sinks and hobs?
Yes, we precisely cut openings for sinks, hobs, taps, and other fixtures as part of our fabrication process.
Can you install splashbacks or upstands as well?
Absolutely. We offer matching stone splashbacks, upstands, and full-height wall cladding for a seamless finish.
What’s the lead time for a full kitchen worktop project?
From quote to completion, the process usually takes 7–21 working days, depending on material availability and project complexity.
Can you match existing stone for extensions or repairs?
We’ll do our best to source a close match. For natural stones, exact matches may vary due to natural veining, but we’ll advise you on the closest alternatives.
Can you work directly with my builder or designer?
Yes, we’re happy to coordinate directly with your builder, architect, or interior designer to streamline the project.
