Quartz worktops sink and taps
“Excellent quality, I would certainly recommend to family and friends. I can’t speak highly enough of the professional, approachable team from the quotation through to the completed job.”
Making your home into a pleasant, practical space that you love to use can be a big project. As a premier granite supplier in the south-east, Surrey Marble and Granite had a hand in home renovation projects of all sizes, from sprucing up a kitchen with new countertops to completely gutting a house and starting from scratch. We’ve learned a few tricks along the way, and we’re happy to share our expertise with our customers.
Granite is an inorganic material that has many of the appropriate conditions to let it be used as the surface material for kitchen worktops. It is one of the most used because of its features, among which are its hardness and heat resistance, resistance to water or moisture intake, and its anti abrasive or corrosive features – juices and liquids that are commonly used in everyday cooking are unlikely to harm it. Besides being very hygienic when well maintained, it is particularly durable and resistant to marks and stains.
From brightly coloured shelves to a crazy paved patio, stone off-cuts are affordable and make a great design feature. Marble and granite companies like ours typically have off-cuts of all sizes on hand, and we’re happy to help customers find creative uses for gorgeous pieces of stone that aren’t large enough to make a full worktop.
